Thank you for your interest to join Downtown LA Soccer League.

If you are ready to join, please read below: 

To order IDs, for each player participating, please send the items listed below to Coach Martha @ coach@clubleonlosangeles.com.

1. Birth certificate/Passport.

2. Picture.

3. Proof of Payment for each player [Zelle @ 562-965-4827].

4. Name of the team and name of the coach w/phone number. 

5. Blocked dates.  State Cup, Tournaments, etc. 

We understand that not all players are ready to commit on day one - but if that one player is disputed, please be ready to provide identity documents.

IMPORTANTE RECORDATORIOS

1. Please pay your $75 ref. fee before game.

2. Be ready to present ID of each of your players.

3. Home Team to provide three balls.

4. Be KIND to the ref. your players, other players, parents, coaches, and YOURSELF!! 

5. Only two coaches inside the field per team.

6. Please pick up your trash before you leave the field. 

7. If you have any concerns, issues, make sure you file your report with the ref.
